Believing that great wine starts in the vineyard was our impetus for growing our own grapes. With two locations in the Republican River Valley, Superior Estates vineyards encompass twenty acres of high quality Midwest varietals; Chardonel, Chancellor, Traminette, Marechal Foch, Vignoles, Cayuga White, St. Vincent, Frontenac, Norton, and Catawba. We firmly believe that to maximize the high quality of fruit extra steps must be taken in the vineyard. With the finished wines in mind, meticulous attention to detail is necessary in every aspect of the vineyard from trellising techniques to training of the vines. Our estate grown grapes have proven to produce unparalleled supreme wines.
